Room was in between buildings. View was a wall. Toilet wasn’t flushing but they came and fixed situation within 10 minutes. Staff was great

Buffet was great. Lots of things to do. Would recommend staying there again. Not on the strip but that’s what we like!

I had a mini sweet and it wasn’t clean I walked in and turned around and checked out I’ll never stay there again

We have been coming to South Point for ten years and it’s always our favourite hotel We went with a one bedroom executive room this time and it was like a cave. Looked out onto huge brick walls. They happily moved us to the next floor up in a different type of room, but still dismal. We then upgraded to the fab one bedroomed suite on floor 25. Taught us a lesson - nothing else in future. We had to hike three large suitcases round from floor to floor as nobody to meet us to take our luggage at the front door. Bath did not have hot water and they did offer to move us but after all the moving around and finally unpacking just couldn’t face moving. They did remove the resort fee for this issue. All in all we had a good time and the places to eat are great. Thanks again to Beth I’m Sure Oyster - so welcoming and professional.

Everything was perfect, we fall in love with our room , so clean and nice. Buffet was great! Delicious food and wide choice of it, especially deserts and meat. Also casino on the first floor is a big plus, cause hotel located in 12-15 min from Strip so you better stay in your hotel for playing
