Didn't have good lighting in the room. Bed could have been a bit softer, of course its a matter of chioce, I don't fault them for that. Bad oder throughout the 1st hallway, smelled awful, smelled like sewer line busted, nasty. From this is 2 Star hotel in my view.

We have stayed at the Silver Seven hotel a few years back we loved it so we decided to go back for Valentines day/Our Anniversary. When we arrived check is took over 30 minutes, the manager who checked us in was very rude and unprofessional and is a big liar. As we walked to our room the hallways was dirty and smelly. Our room had the same odor, there was spots on the bed and our room looked NOTHING like the pictures on both Expedia and on their actual website. The pictures online is how the rooms USE to look years ago. Its time for the Silver Seven to renovate their rooms and hallways and elevators. It was so bad we got a refund and left. We stayed in our room less than 3 mins thats how terrible it was. All this happen at 1am in the morning.
