Clean room, welcoming atmosphere, no smell of smoke throughout hotel and light smell in casino, beautiful atrium, fun things to do, great location, helpful and supportive rewards team. I would of given a 10 but the service and food quality at TGI Fridays was horrible. 4 employees were huddled up front having loud conversations about low wages and personal lives. The wait time was over 30 minutes for two meals to go. Food was missing from order causing a longer wait after I returned inquiring about our sides. Then the Presentation was awful and Quality of food turned our stomachs. Definitely plan to avoid them at our next visit!
