the monorail is right in the hotel, which is great if you want to travel directly to the strip. room is good for what it is. i stayed in the marra tower, and the bathroom had a weird slide door that didn't fully close, which i didn't like. ventilation in the bathroom was not good.

The Sahara was beautiful and very well maintained. Each staff member was courteous and friendly. The pool was clean; however, it should be noted that no one swims in the pool. You can hang out in the pool but if you have kids or teens who want to actually play or swim in the water, they will be told not to splash. I think it would be helpful to let guests know that the pool is for hanging out not swimming, so they can plan accordingly. Otherwise, parking and rooms were great.

I liked my room, decor and the custom tile in the bathroom was really cool! Bed was comfortable, But, the carpet was filthy and stained. I didnt take my socks off the entire time i was in the room ick. 1 of the 3 pools was closed for rennovation, (why would they do that in peak pool season?) Which made it extremely limited seating and way too overcrowded in the remaining 2 pools.

Stayed in the Marra tower, decent size room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Excited to see what new food venues are coming. They need better late night eats. Very closely connected to the monorail and a quick ride share to Fremont/ Arts District. Loved that you could stream apps from your phone directly to the TV. The only negatives would be how heavy the solid bathroom door was, you have to roll it closed. Not possible for the elderly or small kids to open and close safely. The toilet paper needs to be upgraded, it was ROUGH that we went to Walgreens across the street. Over all it was a nice 3 night stay and would be back.
