The location was good. Not too busy. The room nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and prompt to meet your needs. Though short staffed at the front check in they were efficient and helpful. The 1 thing that took the stay from a 5 to a 4 was the issue with the elevators in the Empanada tower.

I enjoyed my stay at the Rio, however all the entertainment was on the side of the strip and I had to take a Uber back and forth. The rooms were sold out by the time I checked in but the lady at the front desk was able to upgrade my room for free.
