The room was wonderful most the staff was great. It was pile of trash by the trash cans, and sometimes there was a mess in the elevator and when we told the staff about it, they didn’t really care. We did enjoy the hotel and casino. I just wish it was a little more clean.

Roberto at the front desk was AMAZING. He was Super helpful, friendly and made our check in process fast. Thanks to him our stay was INCREDIBLE. Roberto, Thank you for making my daughter's 15th birthday one she will remember FOREVER. The hotel was clean, located on the strip and had easy access to 24hr restaurants and shops. Casino was great. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling with kids.

The elevators were a bit slow and I had to ask for towels anytime I needed towel towels and I had to ask for made service if I needed my room cleaned. Other than that checking in was so easy and very fast getting my reward card was really good and using it throughout all the properties was wonderful. The location was fantastic. The Mile Mall connected to. It was very convenient and wonderful. Just can’t say enough about the location and accessibility of the property.

My room was very clean. I like the property. It was very nice. I however, do not like the fact that the pool opened at nine and then close at 6 PM. I think for a tourist is environment. The pool should at least be open later, especially when you’re spending all day outside, you would love to go back to your hotel and relax in the pool. I would love for them to also have a microwave.

I loved The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the busy street and hotels. I just wish they put a full-length mirror in the rooms. After getting dressed, there was no mirror except in the bathroom, not even in the elevators. I'm sure will back there very soon😊

Property was clean and good. They have an online concierge service which worked well. I believe there were only 2 pools and they can be pretty busy which is expected with so many guests staying at the same time. There are things to see nearby, which is great. Weekdays offer great prices
