If you just need a clean motel room then this place will fit your needs.I arrived at around 3:30pm and the lady at the front office check-in was very friendly.There is an $80 security deposit required up front and is reimbursed after checkout.I stayed in a standard 1 bedroom that was very clean.The AC was working great.The TV(with cable programming) worked great.Parking was sufficient enough.I arrived back to the property at 1AM on a Friday night and there were still a few spots available.There is no ice machine or other amenities but that was fine.I left at check-out and received my security deposit reimbursed on my debit card within a few hours.

Property is not the best, but also not the worst, if you want a good price Motel close to Fremont strip this is it, it is simple and basic but Affordable if you dont want to spend a lot on a Motel plus a lot of Restaurants gas stations and stores around it

Although small the room was very clean. Shower pressure was not the greatest but it worked. The staff was amazing. There was a convenience store, market and Jack in the Box with an easy walking distance. It is a quick drive to Fremont Street and the strip. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed getting a room at a reasonable price. The room was pretty small but it was clean and after a few hours we forgot about how small it was. It met all our needs. There was a nightstand or chair on either side of the bed so two people sleeping there could each put things there. There was a small table with a chair and Outlets nearby so somebody could work at the table. The only things that I would knock it down for are 1) There were only two pillows on the bed. Even though the pillows were comfortable, a single pillow is a little bit flat for a person. I would have been more comfortably if the pillows had been thicker or if there were been four pillows total. 2) There is not an ice machine. 3) I felt the room was clean, but the non-carpeted floor did leave my bare feet a little bit black on the bottom. The good is the price for a clean room on a Memorial Day weekend. The staff were very nice. We will consider this hotel again in the future. I have seen some people say it's a sketchy area, but I disagree. It's more of a business type of area and I saw nothing that made me feel like it was sketchy at all. I would have been comfortable walking to a restaurant a block or two away at night.
