I found the check-in staff to be very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Our room was spacious and very clean. The food from their Cafe was Excellent! Room Service was quick and the Bellman was so careful with our luggage when loading it for us!! Will definitely be revisiting!

The Palms Resort was nice and functional. The rooms are spacious, clean, with great views. I was visiting for a dear friend's wedding. We played in the casino and enjoyed a private pool and easy access to taxi/uber.

Very clean. Staff all very friendly. Had the maintenance guy in to check the air conditioner. He went above and beyond and was very friendly and full of information. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great!! Enjoyed our stay very much!
