Fireplace doesn’t work.

Good room but the fireplace didn’t work and it was the entire reason I picked this inn.

They allow pets, the front of the business is a restaurant and winery so there is a front entrance and a back entrance so if you are out late make sure to use the back entrance since the front of the business will be locked. Electric fire place in the room and large jacuzzi like tub.

I loved that it was in historic downtown Boulder City. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Nice quiet getaway

Posted Aug 31, 2019 on Hotels
Quaint bed-and-breakfast featuring 4 rooms. Friendly accommodating staff. Lovely Grapevine covered patio with a koi pond turtles and Rain like water system but needed a little maintenance the room also was a little Dusty. The food was good in the dining room and the complimentary breakfast also what you can get in your room on the patio or downstairs in the dining room. Parking situation a little odd you have to drive around the back of the property to unload so that you're on the second floor where the rooms are and then come back around and park in the front or on the side street. This is a bad breakfast type of property so you may need to bring your own toiletries. The staff is very accommodating however you need to go down to the desk and let them know what you need since there's no direct connection to housekeeping. Good restaurants in the vicinity also that's well as antique stores and shops.

Not what we expected from the reviews

Posted May 30, 2019 on Hotels
We read many positively glowing reviews of this place before we booked, so we were confused about what we found when we arrived. Where to register wasn't clear to us; after we registered, we were sent to the alley behind the restaurant (past the big trash receptacles) to a door which was supposed to be locked but wasn't; we walked through the dirty, dark entry way to our room where we were surprised to see a tub in the bedroom (no shower); we wandered to the patio which is supposed to have a bubbling water feature in the koi pond, but the fish looked sad and still. The room was OK, and the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was little light (none from the gloomy hallway outside) so it wasn't very appealing. We had been told when we registered that we would be served breakfast in the patio, but nobody came to feed us, and there was no room phone nor anyone to call, so we went to eat at a nearby cafe. This was a hugely disappointing accommodation.
