When the trip was booked I didn't realize I was booking a privately owned condo in the hotel. The location, price and amenities were all great. We enjoyed the view and the walk to the strip was quick. Cleanliness was a major issue with our unit. The housekeeping service was offsite seemed more of a hassel to deal with them so we took care of issues on our own.
We found lots tape on the crown molding (probably from banners or streamers that were taped up - probably a great party!) and several strands of lady's black hair and brown hair (figuring multiple people), in the sheets and bathroom. We changed the bed linnes and cleaned the bathroom. When we started up the jetted tub dark colored "stuff" came out of the jets. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it and sanitized it as well. We loved using the tub each morning after that. We did not have daily housekeeping.
The front desk, bell staff, guard at the entrance gate were all very accomodating, professional and amazing. Loved sitting out by the pool at the main MGM Grand and Tower 2.
When booking at the MGM Signature be aware that most of the rooms are privately owned and you should expect more of an Airbnb experience and not a "hotel" experience. We were in room 10-809
Despite a few unexpected items, we will stay here again.
