The room looks impressive but the phone doesn’t work, the tub won’t hold water, the bottom fridge was warm & the top one doesn’t work at all and the bathroom sink drains slowly.

The room need some attention. There are stains on the wall. The sink doesn’t drain properly. Since this is a privately own room you do not get housekeeping and only limited towels. Our check in time was 3 pm. We checked in at 4:30 they didn’t give us the room key until 5:20.

The property and the suite are showing some signs of wear, but I appreciate the quality of linens, and the room size. I attended a conference where most were staying at The Palms, and I paid less, and had a more peaceful location with a killer view.

Not managed as well as a hotel. Privately owned and room not maintained. I working lamps, clogged sink, no usb ports for phone charging. Very loud neighbors at times. Parking lot directly below.
