Great staff and amenities. Room looked great and linen was clean. Very disappointed the floor was damp and room smelled musty. Shower did not properly drain. It would have been a repeated stay, but room condition was not what was expected and stayed at another hotel.

Property is very aged and not kept up. The elevators worked most of the time. The wall paper is the bathroom was stained from water damage. There was garbage from the previous guests in the trash can upon arrival. I will not stay here again.

Overall, the stay was worth the value. It’s close to the airport that was a plus it needs updated terribly check in Wait times were long.

It was central to all amenities and easy to get around.
We didn"t get the King Suite we reserved , and the " Free Upgrade " was no upgrade at all. Loud Pool music starts at 7:30 am everyday , even though no one is in the pool !!
and you could hear it clearly in our upgraded room . LOL
