No pool, no hot tub, limited breakfast, no juices, exterior doors locks were broken, easy access to all!
Rooms were clean, tv did not operate properly! Shower had no hot water.

No hot water in Shower. Tried in the morning, afternoon and evening and only luke warm at best Had to move to another hotel.

The pool and hot tub weren't working. Our bed was hard and warped outward. We didn't have hot water in the shower, however when I notified them about the shower, they had it fixed within a couple hours.

I booked double beds however, only got a king. I was told by the front desk that Expedia always double books, and since they were sold out, there was nothing that they could do. The reservation was made for 4 guests and it was impossible for my husband and I to sleep on the pullout couch, which is clearly a single user only bed. We ended up sleeping on the floor for a $200 plus a night booking. Not to mention the key to the room was constantly malfunctioning and requires many tries to open. The saving grace was the hotel front staff. Jason was amazingly nice even though this was beyond his control. However, he could have offered a discounted rate which would have saved the day.

Just dirty floor in hotel,dirty stairway, odd smells throughout the hotel, very old need renovation, small TV and old.

The tub was dirty and had pubic hairs. I asked for towels and they told me to go to the lobby to ask for them.

This is a pretty every day run of the mall clean hotel. at its price point it gets a five star. I can’t think of anything negative about the property.

The one we stayed in in Reno was HORRIFIC! so, this was a great experience/comeback!
