It was really a bad experience for us. The AC was not working and the whole night we couldnt sleep because it was hot and the walls are thin and we can clearly hear the next door talking and it was so loud as well. The breakfast was so mediocre. When asked about the not working we were given a rude response saying they cant do anything since they dont have the skill to troubleshoot and only can move us to a one king and sofa bed room which was not an option for us. So we endded up staying in the same noisy room.

My personal experience has always been pleasant. I always reserve my rooms online for a faster checkin checkout’s are just as fast. This was my 3rd stay it’s no way I would return if the service and treatment wasn’t excellent. I’ll be back in may.
