I wish I would’ve known that they were doing construction on the rooms ahead of time I wouldn’t of booked here loud machines and banging early morning people go to Vegas to have long nights and don’t want to be awoken by their Hotel and when you call the front desk they say call security and security never answers til I got a call back and told me rudely they cant do anything about it

Best value in Las Vegas. This is my third visit to the city but first time in this hotel. It is a hidden gem right in the middle of the Strip. Room was a complete suite with a full kitchen and living room. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Property is well-maintained and clean from the parking garage to the condos. The staff is kind and helpful. Easy access to life on the strip but a quiet retreat with access to the Cosmopolitan. I would stay here again!

People are very friendly and nice. Quite in the halls all night long. Got a room overlooking the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel Tower across the street, so the view couldn't be beat. Used the Cosmos pools and that was really nice. Loved having the kitchen and a living room. Had some friends come over one morning and watch the early March Madness games before heading out. Seating for 6 in the living area and nice big screen tv. One elevator was out of order when we checked in, but they fixed it by the next day. Unit we got was a little dated and the carpet could use a thorough cleaning but everything else was in good working order. Great location, no resort fees, friendly staff, access to Cosmos pools, large living space, full kitchen, quite. That's a winning property in my book.

We were lucky and got upgraded to a one bedroom rather than getting the studio I paid for. I was expecting an older facility that had become very long in the tooth, but it didn’t feel that way at all. Things seemed well-maintained, and of course the location is still terrific. And the pricing without a resort fee beat everyone else in the area. I was totally pleased with the experience.
