Walkable connection to MGM was great. The room had some dated items and the MGM pools being closed was bummer, but overall stay was pleasant.

Counter person at the property was not very pleasant due to the fact that I booked the hotel through a third party. Always referred me to talk to the company booked my hotel for the answers. I wish that the counter person should be more nice and whether I am booking from the third party or not to give me a good services.

We found some of the front desk staff to be less than friendly. Arrived early and asked about early check in. We were told that "since we booked with a third party, we would have to wait till regular check in time". She easily could have said your room is not available or even hey did you know about the perks of booking direct with us including early check in but no, she made us seem lesser by not booking direct. When we did check in at regular time, a different person helped us and she was friendly and professional. The room itself was fine. There is a race track experience nearby and you can definitely hear the cars most of the day if you are in the room.

Nice studio apartment but it’s starting to get dated and beat up.

Overall the property was good. My only critique would be For the cleaning staff to check the room prior to a guest checking in

The Signature is an amazing location, easy walk indoor walk to MGM. Decent food nearby. Great location to visit the MVM pools.
