Very nice staff and nice room just theres things inside the room that don’t work and or broken the parking is very easy too

The unit that we rented was a parlor suite which had a pull out sofa bed. When pulling out the sofa bed, it touched the wall with the TV and the only way you could get the bed all the way down was to push it against that wall, and we noticed right away that there was already a large scuff on the TV wall from where the frame of the sofa bed had been pushed down before. This should be fixed or at least disclosed ahead of time as it was inconvenient to have to push the bed down and lift it back up every day. The front staff and housekeeping were extremely courteous. Employees at the valet and the Starbucks sometimes seems overwhelmed or irritated by the crowds (it was a busy weekend).

This was our first time in Vegas to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was nice and clean, large and beautiful bathroom which is why I chose this place. Love how it’s connected to the aria and Bellagio. There’s no casino so it don’t have that stale smoke smell. I thought it was a little weird that housekeeping is an extra cost but we didn’t need it anyway. Would definitely recommend and will be back

Everything was broken….. we were expecting 10/10 but not a really good experience…. Besides You can hear the voices through the air conductor…. 😞 the location is good … but the hotel is poor…
