The Railroad Trail was just down the hill from the parking lot. The trail provided amazing views, and a wealth of information about the area and the construction of Hoover Dam. Although a little dated, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Although a little loud, the air conditioner worked great and the noise was not obtrusive.

On the doorstep of the Hoover Dam trailhead, 35 minutes away from downtown Vegas. The Hoover Dam Lodge was very welcoming. Treat yourself to historic downtown Boulder 10 minutes away with shops & the Coffee Cop Cafe. Boulder Creek golf course, an excellent play also close. Hike, golf, fish, hit the casinos. All close with no resort fee.

the view from our room was spectacular, the room was very nice and the staff were just lovely. The food offering was very poor and downstairs was full of smoky smells even though they said they had new ventilation system in. The one non-smoky spot (the store) had really bad food.
