Keep expectations VERY low
This hotel is the proverbial "lipstick on a pig", but not even well applied lipstick. For starters, my room was filthy - considering all the concerns about Covid 19, I expected my room to be SPOTLESS. Yet, there was food splatters on the desk, on top of the credenza, and the microwave - so pretty clear NOTHING had been wiped down. The bathroom sink was so clogged that when I ran water to brush my teeth, hair actually came up into the sink...ugh! Thankfully I packed my own sanitizing wipes and wiped the entire room down. Nothing I could do about the clog The "renovations" in the room (if you can even call them that) were obviously done on the cheap, and by unskilled labor. The Wifi SUCKED! I got better reception using my cell service and tethering my tablet off my cell. Last but certainly not least - when I booked the room it clearly said "Includes Breakfast for 1" - but when I got down to "breakfast" all they had was stinking cereal and a bagel - not even any coffee. It amazes me how companies have actually embraced the "do nothing" attitude in light of Covid 19 instead of finding solutions. Pathetic! Here's a thought, have the guests go through a line, with an employee to SERVE the food and have the guests return to their rooms to enjoy their breakfast.
