Had a great stay. We attended a concert at the casino location. We never had to leave the hotel.

Pros: Check in upon arrival was quick and easy. Several restaurants located inside of the hotel and the food was great. Customer service was great and the staff were very friendly and polite. The workout facility is clean and plenty of space with updated equipment. Check out was quick and the front desk staff were pleasant and attentive.
Cons: The king size room we stayed in had food crumbs underneath the curio and there were strands of hair in the bathroom. The couch seemed a little dingy and could use an upholstery cleaning along with the area rug next to the bed. We had coffee after our workout at the juice bar outside of the fitness center. The young African American female with braids and beads at the end- not so friendly and somewhat rude. I did not for her name. Hence, why I described her. My husband and I was taken aback by her rudeness, but ignored since everything else had been great. The hotel is not in walking distance to the strip but can easily catch an Uber. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Customer service was great, Karina at the front desk was very efficient and even gave me and my dogs an upgraded room. It was nice to be off strip and not need to leave the hotel cause everything is there.

Bathroom construction was terrible. Shower door and door to get in are too close to each other. You have to close one to open the other. Gets in the way of each other. Was only given two face towels and two regular towel. Should at least be 4 of each item like most hotels. Liked all the restaurants in the hotel. Venue for concert had folding chairs like an elementary school auditorium.
