While every aspect of our stay was fantastic, I’d have to say that the staff (literally every person we met who worked there) was exceptional, truly a reminder that the people who work for a company is what makes a company great!! The room smelled of urine - carpeting and bedding. The room was not ready for a 3:00 pm check-in time. There were no coffee cups available in room to make coffee. People in room next to ours were very loud and keep my family up past 12:30 am.
