Gorgeous property, courteous staff, high-end shops , large room and bath, just spotless! Only wish it was centrally located on strip. Would definitely recommend and will return in future. Great rates and promotions are available too!

All the amenities were amazing. Every staff members were excellent in their positions and were very polite and helpful. Our room was well stocked, clean, and very spacious. The bathroom was very relaxing. The food was great with several options including 24 hr in room dining.

From the moment you step on the property you notice luxury and attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was beautifully decorated, technologically state of the art and most importantly super comfortable! We ate at Vida for breakfast and the Tavern for lunch...both had fantastic food and service. We especially loved the deviled eggs and the cordon blue sandwich at The Tavern

There is a strong smell in the hotel that is similar to bounce dryer sheets. If anyone is smell sensitive, then do not stay here. Love the large soaker bath tubs. Love the view of the sphere.

Probably one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Everything that you can think of was available to us. The bed, automatic drapes fantastic pillows. The standout was the bathroom the shower was amazing and the bathtub was huge and filled quickly. Everyone there was very nice. The only complaint was the cost of food especially in the food hall. Really guys? 10 dollars for a slice of mediocre pizza, 12 dollars for a bad bagel and cream cheese. Either up your game wit the food or don’t blatantly rip off people. Wit that said, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Absolutely stunning property

The lobby is beautiful, the check-in was quick, the room was nice and clean, and our Omakase dinner at Restaurant Ito was amazing (though uber expensive). But everything else was not. An indoor air freshener to hide the smell of smoke is unpleasant and overpowering. Our WiFi didn't work, the refused to patch us to a help line, the IT tech who came to our room had to call a help line, and the same problem recurred the next day without any apology or credit from the hotel. None of the hotel restaurants have prices on their online menus. The front desk agent asked me passive-aggressively if she should read me each menu with prices. While the food was good, it was not worth the price -- $36 for a bagel with lox?! The staff were also hit or miss – the hostesses and phone agents were rude, but the cleaning staff and IT tech nice. Do not recommend wasting your money!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and I’m very glad I had the chance to stay here. The representative who checked us in and out was kind and attentive, and even offered a $50 per night upgrade, which was a great deal. We kept our original room since I specifically wanted a bathtub. The room looked like the photos, though the photos don’t fully capture how nice it is in person. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The minibar was well stocked. My main critique is the toiletries. Compared to Waldorf Astoria, the body wash and lotion felt lower in quality. The shower head did not move, which was inconvenient for my taller husband. The bathtub was deep and nice, but no bath products were readily available. The bathroom door handle also came off once, though it went back on easily. We needed help reviewing our account summary because credits weren’t applied correctly and requested a late checkout. Simone was patient and helpful. The casino bar was phenomenal. Drinks were around $21, which felt standard for Vegas, and very strong. Our stay included about $150 in credits, which we fully used. Dining options and luxury retail stores on property were great. The lobby smells amazing and lobby staff were excellent, though service elsewhere was inconsistent. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5. It’s beautiful and worth experiencing, though with a few improvements it could be perfect. I would recommend it and would consider staying again.

The hotel was beautiful! It had everything we needed right there; we really did not have to leave the hotel at all. There were plenty places to eat, shop, and party. It was filled with celebrities this particular weekend and we got to meet a lot of people. The room was 10/10, the food was delicious, and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.
