Parking was horrible. Hotel’s parking was far and had to walk there every single day. There were not enough parking spaces as well. They kept blocking a lot of parking spaces for no reason. Service was also bad and no one was friendly during our whole stay

I would like a refrigerator in the room and a better bed other than that it was good rest. Bed was low and mattress was below the frame. It hurt my legs

Couples trip and first time staying in dowtown. We loved the area, walking distance to Fremont, restaurants and other DT casinos. Staff and service was amazing. Only two things I can complain about is that our room was not cleaned while we stayed there for two nights and their parking structure across the street needs improvement and the elevator did not work and we had climb flights of stairs to get to our car. Overall we would stay there again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. This time we stayed at the newly renovated gallery towers which were very nice. The casino has all you need for a quick trip to Las Vegas. The 1$ blackjack table is one of the main reasons we choose to stay here. It’s conveniently located, very close to Fremont Street. The pool doesn’t get too crowded, but the pool experience could improve with extended hours and better entertainment.

It was a little noisy at night, and there was some litter on the floor in the hallway for three days before it was cleaned, but it is a good, solid budget room. It could do with a fridge in the room though.

Initially my room had some technical difficulties. Staff attempted to have maintenance out to perform the repairs, maintenance claimed the repairs were done. Even added a few i did not put in a request for and the problem was not fixed. I got switched to another room and the AC was broken. Once again maintenance came up and clilaimed to have fixed the problem. Problem was not fixed. Fortunately throughout the entire ordeal Samatha was kind, understanding and stayed on top of the issues. Samantha got me in a room that i could be comfortable in. If it wasnt for Samantha i would have lost my cool. Thanks to her the rest of my 5 day stay went smoothly. Its a nice hotel. It was a nice experience. I dont understand why maintenance kept dropping the ball. Thank you Samatha for going above and beyond.

The lighting on the bathroom was terrible. Shower was ok. They did provide a makeup mirror but there is no shelf or ledge to put it on and who wants to bend over to put on makeup? Also, water pressure wasn’t ideal. Everything else was good. Restaurant options and location were perfect.. Evan at the front desk gave us a different room so we could have a coffee maker and a fridge, that was very nice.

Grateful for an upgrade. Needed earplugs to sleep. Clean and comfortable.
