I wanted to highlight how helpful and friendly Gremmy was upon check in. She was flexible in allowing for an early check in and we appreciated having the ability to check in early and rest, and relax as we checked out about 1030 PM for a late night flight. Room was clean and the staff were nice when we checked in. We did request to be near the pool area that was not under construction, but they put us right next to the one that was under construction and was very loud early in the morning and all day. Staff were very loud in the hallways as well.
