This was simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Vegas. The room felt relatively new, even if the TV was fairly old. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the room offered wired internet which was fast and stable. Despite active renovations in the hotel, the place was very clean, tidy, and cozy.

The room was clean and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the section that had not been fully renovated. The room was clean and upgraded, but the a/c was very noisy and did not maintain a consistent temp. Also, not in the greatest part of town.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Simply suites , and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional value for the price. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the strip.
