The property itself is ideally located, right on the strip, near all the action. However, due to ongoing COVID-19 situation, the pool was limited to only a certain number of guests at a time, something I was not made aware of at check-in. So when I finally decided to go to the pool, I was unable to get in, and left feeling very disappointed, when after looking at the pool from my room, saw less than 5 people in it! There are over 3-4 pools, and they seriously couldn't accommodate a few more people? That really irked me, and I feel like it should have been better handled on the hotels pet, or give every guest a chance, limit the time each person spends at the pool.
Also, was charged an additional $50 for checking in early. If the hotel is in need of additional revenue that badly, then it needs to find another way to do so, because that was downright sleazy on their part. Of course tired early morning travelers will have to pay, because they have no where else to go or store their luggage!
And Caesars was one of the few hotels in the area enforcing masks on their property at all times, so beware of that, if you have a condition that hinders your ability to do so. It should be recommended, but never required!
