The beds are the absolute most uncomfortable beds I have ever been/slept on, almost unbearable. The breakfast is free which is nice but it’s honestly terrible. I have been to other best westerns that the breakfast was so much better there. The room was clean, I loved the hard wood flooring instead of carpet. The blankets were super thin. The area/location was nice, felt very safe, and was within walking distance of several neat places to check out. The hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t have the best on site dog relieving area (no grass), however there is some within some walking distance. Overall not the worst place to stay, however the bed was so uncomfortable that I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

We had absolutely the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered. I ended up sleeping on the floor!!

Rooms are adequate but not in the best condition ....frayed bedding, scratched furniture. The room was clean but given score of 3 as we received no housekeeping for the 3 day stay despite requesting and being advised we would receive ( in the end, reception staff provided fresh towels and did quick service of room ). Breakfast was fine but would not stay again if in the area.

The elevator was broken, noisy neighbors, the room doors were accessible to anyone from outside, no breakfast included. The air conditioner and fan made lot of sound and we couldn’t sleep. Avoid this hotel.

Checkin was awful. We arrived later afternoon and no one was at the front counter. Lobby doors locked. We waited 10 full minutes for sometime to arrive and unlock the door for us to check in. Very odd. We were then informed the hot tub wasn’t working. The hot tub is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Nowhere on the website did it state the hot tub was out of service. It appeared to us the hottub hasn’t been in service for years, nor will it be. So not only did the front desk clerk lie to us, the hotel was unwilling to give us a discount or partially refund us. Room was dirty, tub drain didn’t work, and there was mold in the grout tub surround. Wayyyyy overpriced for value. Thumbs down and a 1 star!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. You are correct the hot tub is currently down, this is why it is not listed as an amenity on Expedia. It has not been down very long and we are working with the proper teams to move forward. There are times the front desk staff need to attend to guests that have already checked in. As far as your other concerns I will look into this information, we hope you'll consider joining us again in the future.

After a long drive, this place was just what i needed. Very comfortable and clean with several restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was welcoming and even had treats for the dogs! I always love staying at Best Western hotels
