    The unit had 2 baths and that was good. Bad... the unit smelled of smoke. The carpets were filthy. Not enough towels. Shampoos and soaps were the cheapest possible. Furniture had cigarette burns and was very beat up.

    My stay at ABZ Signature Suites (AKA MGM Signature) went smoothly. Check in was a breeze and I stayed in Tower 2 (no gym at tower 2 but the other towers are so close). There are gates at the front of the hotel but it was always a breeze to drive by. Everyone was kind and I had a lovely experience here.

    Worst experience staying at a hotel ever

    Filthy room, looked like it was never cleaned. Advertised 50" TV with premium channels and got 32" TV with over the air channels. Was on a business trip for 2 weeks and never got any room service or housekeeping, I understand limited room service, this was "no room service", what did I pay you $4700 for? Jacuzzi was not working, Hairdryer was coated with filth and hair. Contacted hotels.com customer service, but got no timely solution, would never use again.
