The Staff was wonderful... the pool was dated and needed cleaning and water, the rooms were clean and nice. The shower was amazing.. the internet did not exist... it came and went.... absolutely useless as well as the TV which was obiously connected to the internet. The restaurant was sub par. We ate one breakfast there and did not go back. The waitress was friendly but the food was a joke. "toast" was dry white crappy bread, a microscopic dab of butter and nothing more.... we got a really good deal other wise I would have been very unhappy.

The pool was closed and unusable with barely 1/2 of it filled with water. The pool furniture was broken, old and dirty. The bathrooms were moldy and the a/c was sub par functional. Its location to beach was perfect, but the noise of construction and motorized motorcycles, mopeds, loud blaring subwoofers constantly streaming by was annoying. 😢

Staff is very nice & helpful. Property on the outside is decent. Its located in a very good spot with the beach within 200 feet distance. However, this property is poorly maintained and has serious infrastructure issues with plumbing & water supply. Water was cut off during our stay and when it came back, dirty grey water was coming out of shower and faucets. When it finally cleared, the water was running with very high chlorine. Toilets were leaking and not flushing. We rented 4 rooms and all of them reported the same issues. Some areas on the outside are deuterating. The property is listed for sale thus the reason management is not investing in repairing these things. Its sad cause this property has a lot of potential. Staff was very kind and helpful and they are doing there best with what they got.

L'hôtel nous avait surclassé paraît-il mais une chose est sur c'est qu'il faut qu'ils règlent le problème des moustiques...l'hôtel a un potentiel mais n'est pas entretenu comme il devrait et je ne parle pas de piscine qui n'était fonctionnelle et qui sentait la sargasse

La experiencia fue terrible , no quería que ni usáramos los parqueo , fueron a visitarme al hotel mi familiares y se iban solo fue una visita corta y se enojaron además la limpieza 0 nada que ver como en las fotos, no lo recomiendo para nada la atenciones super mala desde recepción hasta que nos fuimos , hay muchos gatos y no nos dejaron dormir! Horrible

Había venido varias veces antes a este hotel Pero y es un hotel económico y lo sabíamos pero actualmente las facilidades están al límite inferior de los servicios el personal súper atento y amigable y realmente el área el aire de la habitación muy bueno pero tiene poca diferencia con una cabaña no hay piscina y se me dijo que había un mensaje notificándomelo en spedia estuve buscándolo y no lo encontré después pude ver que la parte de piscina estaba quitada O sea que no está una marca Así que error de mi parte no verificar el precio que tiene es económico pero con tan pocas facilidades podría ser más económico todavía. Muchos gatos ferales y una perrita que parece pertenecer al hotel se ve amigable no ataca pero si intentas tocarla intenta morder.
