Es un hotel de alta calidad con todo en orden. Tranquilo, limpio, todo funcional. El desayuno es limitado, pero bueno.

Todo está dentro de lo aceptable. Tengo que reconocer que el personal es muy amable y eso mejor cualquier otra incomodidad. No hay mucho que hacer, luego del primer día ya se acaban las opciones de entretenimiento o efectos sorpresas hehe. Pero el hotel funciona bien si vas para relajarte y descansar. La comida es buena.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

Staff, food, property and room was fantastic 💯!

Rooms are very clean , great staff all was the best . Definitely we be back

Staff not helpful. They were dismissive. I didn’t have access to Italian restaurant and they did not accommodate even thought they had availability
