Good location

Modern hotel, seems new and fresh with a lot of solar panels. The location is excellent, close to Las Canteras beach and promenade, close to shopping and restaurants and close to the Airport bus and other buses We liked to have breakfast on the terrace. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, da wir am nĂ€chsten Tag auf das Schiff gegangen sind. Der Hafen liegt fußlĂ€ufig ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer modern und sauber. Das Hotel ist in einer FußgĂ€ngerzone mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen und nur ca. 200 Meter von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Hotel hatte uns - auf Anfrage per WhatsApp - einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert (ca. 40€).

Nettes Personal sowie gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck, aber leider sind die Betten sehr hart welche zudem stark gequetscht haben bei jeder Bewegung dazu kommt, dass vom Flur alles zu hören war sogar der Knopfdruck vom Fahrstuhl. Dadurch hatten wir 3 NĂ€chte schlechten Schlaf. Zudem kam durch die Gardinen Licht durch welches wir als unangenehm empfanden, bei den Betten und der Schallisolierung muss unbedingt etwas gemacht werden.

Really good find.

I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

Bra och dÄligt

Det positiva var att hotellet lÄg centralt, det var rent och frÀscht, receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt och vi upplevde att de hade en stark ambition att driva ett bra hotell. Det som drar ner betyget Àr att det stod att rummen var ljudisolerade. Vi hörde ingenting frÄn rummen bredvid men vi hörde allt frÄn korridoren och allt frÄn torget utanför vÄrt rum. Det var som om balkongdörren stod öppen nÀr den var stÀngd, det var vÀldigt svÄrt att sova innan restaurangerna pÄ torget stÀngde och folk gick hem. Vi pratade med receptionen efter första natten angÄende balkongdörren som slÀppte igenom allt ljudet. Men ingenting ÄtgÀrdades under de fyra ÄterstÄende dygn som vi bodde dÀr. Vi vet förstÄs inte om det hÀr bara gÀllde vÄrt rum (3:e vÄningen) eller fler rum pÄ hotellet. DÀremot tror vi att alla rum har samma sorts "japanska" toalett. VÄr spolade i tid och otid och det kom olika ljud frÄn den lÄng tid efter det att den anvÀnts. Vi tyckte ocksÄ att madrassen i sÀngen var hÄrd, men det Àr ju en smakfrÄga. Om hotellet lyckas ÄtgÀrda de hÀr problemen sÄ tror vi att det kan bli ett riktigt bra hotell.

Die Lage war super. NĂ€he zum Busbahnhof, Kreuzfahrthafen, Strand und Innenstadt vereint. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck haben wir alles gefunden was wir fĂŒreinander gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck brauchen. Die Aussicht beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck von der Dachterasse war fantastisch. Der Whirlpool war entspannend und die technische Ausstattung mehr als wir es zuhause haben. Ein rundum gelungener Hotelaufenthalt und uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war gerĂ€umig und sauber. Es gab ohne Probleme eine zweite SchĂŒsselkarte. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war reichhaltig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Leider stand nur eine Wanne im Bad und diese ohne Vorhang oder sonstige Umrandung. Das Ergebnis kann sich jeder selbst vorstellen wenn 3 Personen geduscht haben. Darum nur 3 Sterne fĂŒr die Ausstattung.
