I loved this boutique hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the old town with all the beautiful sights, restaurants, the market as well as the buses with connections to the rest of the island. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is more to dip in than to swim, keeping in mind that it is a city hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with all that you need, but if you are claustrophobic I would suggest a room with an outside view instead of the courtyard. There is also a gym available and breakfast with fresh fruits and sorts.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

Superb location, very clean, the comfiest bed ever, very helpful staff and great rooftop bar. Breakfast could do with a bit more choice.

Amazing hotel and great staff

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, bus station 5 mins away, easily connected to the beach. Brilliant roof top pool and bar, very attentive staff. Only slight down side was a very basic breakfast. Would definitely return

The hotel is conveniently located near Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. It is a little far to the beaches, but the bus station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away. The breakfast is OK (it is a typical hotel breakfast). I wish there was parking on site, but there is parking nearby in different lots and/or parking decks.

Very cute hotel with good beds

Comfortable standard room and perfect for one person. There is no door separating the bathroom and the room so I wouldn't recommend for a couple! The room was quite dark being on the ground floor. The rooftop is beautiful and it is very well located to visit the old town.

The hotel is modern and in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean. The gym is just a room with few weights, with no water provided. The breakfast was very poor with very little choice.

Perfect location, perfect service

Hotel is perfectly located and stunning. The pool on the roof is super pretty and the staff is amazing. My ONLY “criticism” of you can call it that, is the smell in the hotel (and our room) - it may be the cleaning products but it’s definitely something to get used to. The pool is a dipping pool, perfect for cooling off. There is no parking on the premise BUT we did find street parking along the main road. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend! Thank you 🙏

Beware the outer perimeter

The first night was spent switching between rooms. Our room was on the ground floor directly in front of a noisy restaurant (don’t let the daytime slump fool you, it’s a vibrant social hub in the evening); if ever the restaurant had a capacity issue all they would need to do is pull back the curtains to that room. They immediately placed us in another room located towards the back of the hotel, but with some reservations - stating that it was an upgrade. If you decide to book your stay at this hotel make sure that you adamantly refuse to accept any room located along the perimeter of the building, behind the front desk.

Great location, but rude unprofessional staff

We stayed for six nights and enjoyed the location, but our last morning was ruined by a power outage that caused our electronic door lock to fail. This left us at risk of being locked out of our room with all our belongings just hours before departure. When we reported the issue, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. We were told, "There’s nothing I can do about it. One of you will just have to stay in the room while the other goes out." No apology, no empathy, and no effort were shown to resolve the problem. After 45 minutes without real assistance, the only solution was to check out two hours earlier than planned. Things can break, but how the staff handles such situations is crucial. While lacking a backup solution for the doors is a flaw, it could have been mitigated with respectful and solution-oriented service. Instead, the rude and dismissive attitude we experienced left us feeling not taken seriously. While the hotel itself was pleasant, this staff member’s behavior and the poor handling of the situation seriously impacted our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Boutique hotel Cordial La Peregrina. It is location in the old historic part of the city, which made everything walkable. We could not have picked a better location. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gran Canaria.
