Great hotel close to the airport

Great hotel with fantastic location near the airport. Message on whatsapp beforehand to get check in details. We got a spacious room for us and our baby and were really happy. When you walk out the door in the morning, the sea is right there and you can almost jump right in. Amazing bakery StoArtos is a short walk away as well

This hotel is in the best location, just a block from the fort, the beach and tons of restaurants. The area was so quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Our room on the 3rd floor had a great ocean view. The place was clean and spacious. Had a good stay.

Loved it!

I loved my room! It was so spacious, clean, and had an amazing sea view. I was only there for one night but wished I could have stayed longer. The location was PERFECT!!! Right next to strip where there are bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Not really for us. The bed was extremely hard, the towels were old and had holes in them, the shower tray was in a poor state. On the positive side, a good location, quiet, and very clean. If you’re after a budget room and get it for a good price then it’s absolutely worth it.

Very modern, beautifully clean, well maintained and exactly like the photos. The hotel is located close to the city center. Everything is within walking distance. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby. Check-in and check-out for this hotel was perfect.

Very bright sunshine in the morning. Close to the ocean front and beach. It was interesting that we really didn't have much contact with anyone from the facility/office. Instructions came from internet--no need for personal interaction. Except that we needed to talk w someone for some issues and noone was available.

Basic but clean and comfy

Room (101) was basic but spacious and clean. Shower gel dispenser was empty but rain shower was lovely. No balcony to this room. Large comfy bed. No manned reception but clear directions to obtain the key from the key safe. Parking is limited and on a tight lane so park at your own risk. Great location, just a few minute walk to Finkoudes beach and a vast array of bars and restaurants. We were only here for a night stop due to an early flight out of Larnaca and would definitely stay here again.

Met expectations. Clean, quiet, secure. Its in walking distance to the old town, St Lazarus church and in view of the old fort. Self check-in was easy. Parking is a bit of a free-for-all. There were no marked spaces left so I parked on a narrow street but it didn't seem to be an issue.

Walkable to the beach and many restaurants/shops. Clean room with all amenities (hairdryer, mini fridge, TV). No staff on site but I guess they might have contact details to get in touch if any issues. We met the host on the last day. Host was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean large room close to the water and sights

My stay there was a short two night stay but loved its location and the spacious room. You are literally two minute walk away from Larnaca Fort and Church of Saint Lazarus. Also, lots of cafes and restaurants are nearby, though the street the property is on is fairly quiet. The room was so large with a coffee table and a two seater sofa.Not sure about other rooms, but the room I stayed in had lots of natural lights and windows on both sides (really nice breeze coming in). They also had a small laundry rack which I was able to use to dry my hand washed laundry. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and really pleasant. He gave me information about the island and it was very useful for me as I hadn’t done much research beforehand. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

It was a Studio. In other words, no balcony but just a view of the neighborhood rooftops. I am grateful though that the room was spacious, clean, modern and very confortable. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Bus stop to Limassol (5€) is at 7 mn walk and bus terminal to the airport (2.40 €) at 12 mn walk. Ramzi, co-owner, was very kind.
