While on reservation and the confirmation I've received for the hotel clearly states "Free breakfast", at the hotel we were told that is a mistake and we would have to pay for the breakfast. Rooms were good and clean, but the bathroom wasn't. It had insects problem that did not get resolved while we were there. No internet in the rooms. Location of the hotel is good.

Expedia's offer was bed and breakfast but in fact it was bed only. Recpecionist claim that there is always that kind of problem with this booking operator. I was charged additionally 16€ for breakfast. This is not fair.

Don’t bother staff are lovely but hotel filthy, noisy and unless you are 21 no good I found Expedia.co.uk. Very poor service when we booked this hotel they didn’t state this and me and my husband are in our fifty’s and when we ask to move to another location they said yes but it would cost us 900 euros more for a week discussing who has that money , so after spending a night in a car my mum sent us money to get back home and we had no holiday what a wasted year of working for a holiday we didn’t even have Expedia refunded us hundred pounds only please think twice when you book with Expedia their after service is rubbish we can’t even afford a short break. The biggest problem was they put us ion the top floor with no lifts and I am in a wheelchair but that didn’t Mather to them even if we did request first floor and we booked it weeks ago ...
