Be very careful when booking a room at this hotel. It's easy to miss or misunderstand that their lowest priced room has no external facing windows and no natural light which make staying there a challenge if you are claustrophobic. When I asked to change room they said the hotel was full so I couldn't change the room until the following day even though I'm an Expedia VIP member. Instead I had to book a room at Les Palmiers Beach hotel, a nice hotel close to the ocean. The upgrade (for the following day) that they offered me was their loft room but instead of honouring the VIP membership they charged me an additional €50! When I asked why they said the upgrade came with access to their private lounge. So the following day I checked in at 6:30pm only to be told the lounge shuts at 7pm so I didn't even get the added "benefit". What I will say is all the staff were nice and friendly but without doubt this is the single worst experience I have had in my 40 years of travelling around the world. The hotel is ok but nothing special, the area is awful with road repairs and derelict buildings and BEWARE of the room with no windows!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Larnaca. Everything was perfect. The only comment is there description on your website has onsite parking which is two spaces at the front of the hotel which is not adequate.

It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and situated in the center of Larnaca. The included breakfast was also fine. But overall it was noisy. The rooms are not well isolated so you can hear the noise from the nearby restaurants and bars well. And for some reason a palm tree was cut back with a chainsaw at 7 am directly in front of my room which just shows the lack of respect for the guests (I am not sure if that was from the hotel or not).

The hotel's location is great. We had the best room and suite, and for four days, every day, we had to ask staff to clean the room. The bathroom had horrible shorts all other times reported, but no one tried to solve it. In the bathroom, stuff is broken and not fixed properly. It doesn't feel right and is not worth the money spent. Will I ever stay again - NO. The staff is polite, but there is no communication between them. The business lounge is ok, but there is little choice of teas and light food. A few times, we came, and there was nothing left. A staff member brought one more sandwich at 4 pm ( sandwiches normally were brought around 3 pm): premium fee and crapy and poor delivery. There are too many broken things around, and you need to complain. even if problems are not solved.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Pool in der 5. Etage ist zwar klein aber fein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Balkon. Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Leider waren die Bettlaken etwas dreckig. Ansonsten absolut solides Hotel in Top Lage.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, able to confirm the bed arrangements in the room in advance despite having a policy of not doing that. The hotel is quiet, tidy and clean, centrally located and very close to the beach, bus station and city centre. The cleaners should have made an effort and clean the room or change the towels during our 3 days of stay however the overall experience is very positive.
