Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, booked through Expedia was put into another hotel of a higher grade for a night and board basis upgraded so can’t complain but was a little inconvenient. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t have the best communication skills. Property was nice though, good spacious connecting rooms, lovely sunbeds x

Fantastiskt hotell med trevlig personal, supergod varierad mat (vi hade all inclusive), jättefint renoverat rum med skön säng. Städning på rummet varje dag. Underhållning på kvällarna. Strandnära med underbart vatten.

Härlig vecka på Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

Vi hade en härlig vecka på hotellet med All Inclusive! Allt var verkligen toppen; bra varierad mat, trevlig personal och fina rum som städades varje dag! Ett urval av drinkar ingår och de var goda! Det är små detaljer som t.ex. lite få krokar i badrummet, kanske möjligheten att få omelett till frukosten men det är ju väldigt små detaljer i sammanhanget! Det finns solstolar till alla och man behöver inte hyra sådana på stranden då hotellet ligger 20 meter från stranden! En superhärlig vecka!

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Sehr schöne Strandbar mit leckeren Speisen und Getränken . Sehr schöner kleiner Strand, schöne kleine Bucht zwar etwas überlaufen, aber auf den tollen Sonnenliegen des Hotels, macht das nichts.

Az ételek és a koktélok nagyon finomak, bőségesek. Amelyik napon takarítottak a szobában, nagyjából tisztaság volt, de több dolog (aprópénz,cigaretta) is eltűnt a szobánkból takarítás után. A hotel maga nagyon tiszta és igényes. A személyzet (pincérek,pultosok,recepciósok,animátorok) csodálatos, mindenki nagyon kedves, segítőkész és figyelmes. Születésnapra még külön meglepetéssel is készültek. A part nagyon közel van és csodaszép kék a víz, bár ebben az időszakban még elég hideg. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk, valószínűleg visszatérünk még.
