We received a better room than we originally booked — a renovated 2‑bedroom instead of a 1‑bedroom. The only downside was that there was no TV at all, but for a one‑night stay it wasn’t a big issue. The main pool was almost always fully occupied, but the second, older pool was nice and easily accessible. The only thing we truly missed was pool towels — the hotel didn’t provide any, which was inconvenient when going to the beach. Overall, the central location and the general experience were good.

Property is good location. Main strip behind but about 20 steps. 20 min walk to beach. Beware beach is rocky so slippy to enter. Sunbeds cheap €3. Umbrella €3.50. The actual room for self catering was poor. No dishes, limited cutlery. No sharp knives. Just basic cutlery and 2 plates. Small tea cups no mugs. Pool was lovely in September warm and clean. Plenty sunbeds available around pool. Lovely pool bar with really helpful staff. Food in hotel off menu was beautiful and good value. We stayed in the apartments out the back not main hotel so no lift and lots stairs. On checking in we had to drag suitcases up these steps. Reception staff very helpful for any queries about location and things to do. There is a church next door which has bells at 6am and 6pm with a speaker church service that goes on for around an hour. Can’t have a lie in due to this as very very loud. Similar to Muslim countries calling for prayer.

Place is really nice, pool is good, but closed after 19:00 and staff is starting cleaning at 18 that is bothering to enjoy the rest of time, food and drinks are not allowed this is also not good, there is no equipment for cleaning, for example a dustpan and a broom, the linen was stained, after they asked to change it, the linen was still not clean, the breakfast was super very satisfying and varied but you can not take breakfest with you for somoene, paid is paid no matter where to eat,Good at all. Thanks!

Terrible service issue

I had a truly terrible experience from a service perspective. The facility was clean, and the location was good. However, due to an unclear issue with the payment system, the cost I paid on the check-in day was charged again the next day. They explained it as a computer processing error, and I did receive the extra amount back, but there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience I had to go through. It felt like a discriminatory act, and I found it quite unpleasant. I do not recommend accommodations that exhibit such discriminatory behavior.

The location is great, plus it s clean. Main issue is that you are not able to sleep during the night as many young guests are very loud. The manager offered us free late check-out for that reason, which was nice move. All together, it was nice stay.

Room door had previously been booted off. Food was never cooked correctly. Bed was broken from day 1. No clean towels for days. No toilet roll for days at a time. Found eggs thrown at our room multiple times. Noisy neighbours. No lifeguards at the pool. Beds felt like wood plus only one pillow. Disrespectful cleaners barging in at anytime they wished.
