Tsokkos hotels / Chrysomare Beach Hotel

As Anmarie hotel was not open that time, Tsokkos hotels offered to change our reservation to Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, so this review is based on this facts. The staff was excellent, helpful and kind. We were on HalfBoard and the food was excellent. As in march the temperature is around 20°C the sea temperature was not really good for swimming, but we try it. Beautiful sea and very nice surroundings. We are really thankful for every member of all the staff at Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, they are working really hard.

Nice pool - terrible food.

A mostly russian hotel with russian staff. Service terrible. And the food likewise. Dont get all-inclusive. You dont want to eat their food anyways.

Zakwaterowanie w hotelu nie bylo mozliwe o deklarowanej godzinie (14:00), ale hotel w ramach rekompensaty dał nam voucher na darmowy obiad, co było miłe. Obsługę hotelu oceniam dobrze, jednak sam hotel wydawal sie jakby przeżył juz lata swojej świetności, wiele elementów nadaje sie do remontu. Czystość średnia. Śniadania dla mnie niezbyt smaczne. W hotelu dużo młodzieży, ktora hałasowala w nocy. Dużym plusem były małe baseny/ zbiorniki z lodowatą oraz gorącą wodą. Czegoś takiego brakuje w innych hotelach. Na przywitanie czekała na nas w pokoju butelka wina.

Ne vous fiez pas à la première image de l'hotel sur le site d'Expédia : c'est de la publicité mensongère. L'hotel dispose uniquement d'une piscine et d'une pataugeoire, rien de plus. Le all inclusive se limite à des boissons et très légers snack durant une courte période dans la journée. Pas du tout H24. Le restaurant est simplement immonde. Le SPA est payant (non stipulé sur Expédia). Les transats de plage sont payants (non stipulé sur Expédia) car il ne s'agit pas d'une plage privée réservée à l'hotel. Chaque soir musique à fond au bar de la piscine. Jusqu'à au moins minuit, impossible de dormir. Je ne recommande absolument pas

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer in Ordnung, jedoch nicht so sauber. Pool war okay. Das Frühstück war echt nicht gut. Wir haben nur davon gegessen, damit wir etwas im Magen haben. Für ein paar Tage reicht es aber wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Vi kan ikke få ros personalet på dette hotellet. For en fantastisk fin gjeng. De ansatte gjorde sitt beste for at vi skulle ha et bra opphold. Praktisches sehr gut gelegenes Hotel

Mir wurde das Hotel von Bekannten empfohlen, die mit einem 3-jährigen Kind unterwegs waren. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das Neueste, ich war jedoch rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral, Nähe des Zentrums und auch Nissi Beach ist in 15 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wer hier bucht ist selber schuld

Schon der unfreundliche Empfang durch Natascha im russisch gebrochenen englischen Akzent war für uns als Vielreisende schwer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind nur halbherzig renoviert, die Einbaumöbel sicher schon 25 Jahre alt und der Bodenbelag im Zimmer, auf den Gängen und die Gäste erinnern uns an unsere letzten Aufenthalte in Krasnojarsk und Omsk. Wir kommen sicherlich nicht wieder - nicht mal geschenkt.

Beautiful hotel with amazing sea views. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff where very friendly and remembered us from our last visit. Food was lovely. I have already booked to go back in January xx

Sehr schöne Lage, schöne Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Weniger toll war das Personal an der Rezeption, total unfreundlich. Im Service ist das Personal hingegen sehr bemüht. Essen geht man leider auch lieber außerhalb. Die Anlage ist zwar sehr schön, reißt es aber auch nicht raus. Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

We’ve booked Anmaria Hotel, however they have checked us into Freij Hotel, which was a cheaper option and did not offer us a refund for the difference in price! No one helped us with the suitcases such a long walk!
