“Not sure where to start. On arriving at the property. It was difficult to find our room key as the details were not sent to me. We had to make 3 calls before we were sent the code . When we got into the apartment. The room itself was a good size but very dirty. The bed side table looked like it hadnt been cleaned with coffee stains and spillages. The bed sheet had a shoe mark on it which meant someone was clearly standing on the bed with shoes on. The shared kitchen was big and living room...
