Its a casino so its tgatvkind of atmosphere. There is smoking allowed but ventilation was oretty good. We came for a music event and not to gamble. Our room was very nice, we had a beautiful view of the golf course. I would say youvare orobably treated and greeted better if you are a member of their Club.

Was there for the Sanford Futures Golf Tournament. The room was wonderful, clean and spacious. Loved the walk in shower. Casino was fun. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Had a great waitress/bartender at the Sports Bar. Only negative was the only place available to eat with minors was the Drop In Cafe. Was looking forward to Robert’s Buffet but that was closed the three days I was there.

I loved the fact that it was fully accessible for my Mom who took the "best shower in years". It was a long way for her from the lobby to the room with no benches along the way for her; she ended up sitting on a decorative coffee table to rest.

Beautiful surroundings. Ruthies Steakhouse is excellent. They are not sending housekeeping into rooms to even empty trash and replenish supplies but they don't tell you. And no info in the room about anything on property. Need better communications with guests.

Beautiful property, would have loved to enjoy the outdoor pool and/or golf course, but it rained during our time. The room was very nice, with a beautiful view of the course. Staff was very friendly. My negative feedback would be that the slots did not pay out much, at all and during our Friday Saturday trip the casino had no drawings or promotions.. Wish they had the breakfast buffet option on both Saturday and Sunday instead of Sunday only. Ruthie's restaurant on the property was overpriced for the quality of food.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel said it had been cancelled and refused to give me a room. I received NO notification from either the hotel or Expedia that the room had been cancelled. Other guests in our group had booked 2 queens but were give king sized beds.

The hotel was fantastic. The pool and golf course are top notch. We attended a comedy show. Well staffed and easy entry and exit. Afterwards, on a Saturday night, there was not a waitress to be seen in the entire casino and the bars were horribly under-staffed. That is a recipe for disaster and not a good visit. Not to mention the amount of money that the casino is losing by not selling a drink to people who want it at $5.50 minimum cost. This needs resolved or we will most likely not be back. We can go to the Hard Rock Casino in Sioux City.

First impressions were that the overall area was very beautiful and well kept. Golf course and poolside staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very limited dining options and food is in consistent from one dinner to the other. Poolside sandwiches and fries were excellent but Cafe's food was not very pleasing. Walking area around the pool was very slippery with several people falling down while walking. Have the Safety Manager conduct a Force of Friction test around the pool area. Golf course was excellent. Limited other amenities around the area due to the casino/resort being located in the middle of a corn field.

Very little if any informstion was provided at check in, no info on restaurants, location of things, had to ask where the elevators to get to our 3rd floor room. Had to call back to the front desk once we got our room to ask where the pool and fitness center were located, again there was zero information provided in the room about hotel amenities and information. There also was no valet service a which when paying $230 with valet listed under amenities you kind of expect it. Aside from this it was a good experience, room was clean, staff at the concert was great.
