Nice location, nice building, nice pool. Good potential in general but the 4 condos we rented for our family getaway to Cebu fell short on cleanliness and general upkeep.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Front desk not so friendly nor accommodating. Host not responsive and inaccurate with details. The unit is dated and not that clean. Towels are rough and old. You have to ask for toilet rolls and trash liners. No drinking water available. Kitchenette with rusty stove with a very old scratchy aluminum pot and pan and a not working microwave oven. Book at your own risk I should say.

とにかく古い設備でとくに風呂が汚い、キッチンも汚く、ベランダにたばこの吸い殻もあった。海も遠く、チェックインも遅い、価格も高すぎ　二度と使いたくない。
