The hotel was beautiful with a convenient store in the parking lot, room was clean and nice but the selling point is the staff and the rooftop dinner experience. We had great meals and a wonderful view with an amazing environment full of happy faces, good entertainment and good times.

I booked Junior suite but the bed was against the wall. You have to crawl on the other side. The location was not great. The bed and pillows were comfy. I was informed if you check in earlier, a 200 Php per hour fees, ice cubes cost 50 Php.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very professional and very attentive. They were there to open doors, carry luggage, give directions, and always very helpful. The room was just the right size for us. It had a nice sized bed, end tables, a TV counter, which could be used as a desk, and a dining table with chairs. There was a small fridge and a heated carafe for coffee. The room with its amenities took any stress from traveling away. We would leave early in the morning and we’d miss eating breakfast there, as well as lunch. But later, we’d return to eat dinner in the restaurant on the 6th floor. What a treat. Again, excellent service from the staff. The food was delicious, with large portions to fill you up after the days outings. The Mactan Grand Golden Hotel is a wonderful choice. It will be my hotel to go to the next time that I visit Lapu Lapu Cebu. Thank you to the staff.

This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me.
