Just overnight stay, everyone and everything very good. Friendly service, was able to check in early. Room, just what we needed. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed. The restaurant had very nice food but the breakfast menu not so good. The large outdoor pool was lovely but got very busy later in the day with local guests. The other 2 pools were closed for maintenance. Lots of staff who were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and there was a large supermarket over the road.

This hotel is pretty nice and in a relatively convenient but quite busy location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating plus the food at the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoyed the pool and the views from the beach. Swimming off the beach is probably not an option as it is quite shallow but it is nice looking and well kept.

I recently encountered an issue with a booking error, resulting in the wrong date. I personally visited the hotel to request a change to the following week, but they were unable to accommodate this change. It’s unfortunate, as I frequently visit the area and was considering a 30-day stay if the accommodation met my needs. It seems a missed opportunity for both of us. I had hoped changing the date would be a straightforward process.

プールは良かった

過去の口コミにもありましたが、「朝食付き」で予約したにもかかわらず、実際には朝食が付いていませんでした。 部屋に入った瞬間、下水のようなにおいがしました。しばらく使用されていなかった部屋なのかもしれません。水を流したところ、においはおさまりました。 カードキーの反応が悪く、10回ほど試さないと開かないことがありました。ただ、スタッフにお願いすると一度で解錠できたので、使い方にコツがあるのかもしれません。 エアコンの音が大きく、少し気になりました。 シャワーのお湯が出ないトラブルもあり、スタッフに修理をお願いしましたが、次に使うとまたお湯が出ないという状態で、3泊の間に4回も対応してもらうことになりました。 プールは広く、利用者も少なかったため快適に過ごせました。ただし、毎回フロントでタオルとリストバンドを受け取る必要があり、それが少し面倒に感じました。 ホテル周辺にはスーパーマーケットや飲食店が多く、立地は便利です。 セブシティ中心部に行く予定がなければ、宿泊費も比較的安く、コストパフォーマンスは悪くないと思います。

感想

2回目のセブ島へ。Grabで空港からホテルまで、スムーズに移動できた。町の通りは煙が立ち、空気が汚くて、とても町歩きに出たいとは思えない。 ホテルのチェックインにて、hotels.comのサイトでは朝食無料と明記されているのに、朝食は付いていない、フロントの方に言われた。残念。 予約時に高層階の海側の部屋を希望していたが、三階の部屋で、残念。部屋の床には食べ残しや髪の毛が落ちていて、蚊が飛んでいる。清掃が不十分で汚い。気持ち悪い。 ティッシュ、ハンドタオル、スリッパは無し。冷蔵庫、ポット、水、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーはあり。ホテルの斜向かいにスーパーがあり良かった。 ホテルの前のビーチはジャリで、ホワイトサンドでない。海水の透明度はまあまあ。 ホテルのスタッフは総じて、いい感じでした。

Excellent accommodation after typhoon Odette

I love the accommodation with balcony and the prompt service. I love the hospitality of everyone. Despite the effects of typhoon Odette, Jpark was functional and waa able to feed us with their sumptuous buffet. Great nob JPark
