First, the doors in the rooms need to be fixed. They donโ€™t close properly and feel poorly maintained, which affects both comfort and security. Second, the overall cleanliness of the building needs improvement. Common areas donโ€™t feel well cared for, and it gives the impression of neglect. There are also clothes left hanging on the balconies of the building, apparently for a long time, and no one seems to remove them. This looks unprofessional and negatively impacts the appearance of the property. Finally, the restaurant surface is a bad choice because it holds sand. Every morning you step there, get sand on your feet, and then end up bringing sand back into your room. This could easily be fixed by changing or properly covering the flooring. Overall, with proper maintenance, cleaning, and some basic fixes, this place could be much better. Right now, these issues significantly affect the guest experience.

Yes, very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet on Saturday was amazing. The pools were clean. Only things that were disappointing was the elevator to the second floor didn't work, and the beach is very small.

The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. Rest of staff was very nice and friendly they made up for that one person. Restaurant, grounds ppl, everyone. was great. Love the variety of breakfast. House keeping fast and greay. Love the ammenities. Rooms beautiful!

This hotel felt like a prison with no indication of actually being in the Philippines! The driveway is so long itโ€™s impossible to eat or drink anywhere but at the hotel and they donโ€™t even have water fountains like most other hotels in the Philippines so access to drinking water is by over priced bottles bought from the hotel. The beers cost 4-5 times what they cost anywhere else.
