Was there for my high school reunion and family outing. Check in was smooth, property was pristine with that old world charm we loved seeing. My kids’ favorite were the pools but mine was the beach! It was like being in an aquarium seeing marine life up close and one of the staff telling us about them. Breakfast buffet had good variety and great presentation. This is indeed a great resort!

We had a great experience at Costabella. Definitely a bang for your buck! It is slightly outdated but the facilities and surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Would have been more awesome if they can fix the boardwalk. They have warm and courteous staff as well. Food is on the pricier side but great overall. The experience is very good overall.

An amazing modern hotel, but built in a traditional style. The staff were all super helpful. The food is nice with two separate restaurants. The beach in front of the hotel is kept clean. The on-site spa (with massage) and the two swimming pool are all brilliant.

My room with balcony was in the older block and although big, clean and aircon good, the room and bathroom needs updating. Looks and feels unwelcoming. In contrast, the restaurant is excellent, good food, reasonable prices and good atmosphere.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Costa Bella. Everything was great; clean environment, rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff, so much to do. We did parasailing, jet ski ride, underwater sightseeing, pool, relaxing, and the food was amazing!

Pros - Wonderful place to spend a week if you are in Cebu. Staff is friendly and resort is right on the beach with its own space. Many activities are provided from Jet Skis to Parasailing. Two pools to use and different restaurants onsite. Cons - Prices are higher than normal with Buffet Breakfast costing about 20 dollars per person. Only provided one room key, this became an issue when spouse fell asleep inside and phone was muted. Two room keys should be standard at this point. They close the beach at 6 and pool around 8 so not much to do after dark on resort. You can also NOT have food delivered to the hotel. Its Prohibited.

I was staying at the property with two girlfriends for 4 days. The property was perfect for our stay. The rooms were spacious and balconies overlooking ocean were great. Food was very good - especially loved the breakfast buffet. Had a facial at the Spanish was lovely and enjoyed playing ping pong and darts on site. Staff were friendly attentive and responsive. Great value for the money too!

What a beautiful hotel with the Spanish decor. The pools were lovely as was the beach. Food was amazing in Brisas Restaurant. They have almost finished renovating the main dining area and it’s going to be beautiful. The staff were all so friendly. We were there for 3 nights during the Middle East war so it was very quiet and we had the beach and amenities to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel.
