スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切でした。シャワールームのお湯の温度と勢いは普通ですが我慢できるレベルです。部屋数は多くはありませんが清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。入り口には警備員がおり防犯対策としては良いと思います、深夜にはスタッフはいなくなりますので警備の方がスタッフのかわりをしていました。また利用したいホテルです。

便が良さそうなのでここ宿泊を決めました。 トライシクルもジプニーもたくさん走ってて全く困ることはありませんでした。 マッサージも近くに何軒もあり、 スーパーも近く食事も近場に何でもあります。 施設的には泊まるだけなら綺麗だし文句なしでした。 また宿泊しようと思ってます。

お部屋は広く、清潔でした。コンセントもたくさんあります。お部屋にテーブルや椅子もあります。 スタッフの数も多く、すれ違う時に必ず挨拶してくれます❤️ みんな気が利いて、洗濯物を干すラックが欲しいな、と思ってたら、お願いしていないのに持ってきてくれました！！素晴らしい目配りと気遣いです👏 立地も良く、韓国スーパーは目の前、セーブオンやマリバゴグリルも歩いてすぐです！ 到着前の問い合わせもすぐ返信してくれ、夜中の到着やドライヤーのお願いも完璧に対応してくれてました✨✨ あえて希望を出すなら… 朝食はフルーツプレートとかがあれば嬉しい😆 お部屋にコーヒーやお茶が置いてあると嬉しい（次回は持参します☺️） 冷房の装置が壁の高いところにあり、ON/OFFするのに、椅子を移動して登らなければならない💦（音が結構うるさいので、耳栓持参！） シャワーの水量は多くて良いのですが、お湯の温度はギリギリでした。ヤケドに注意と書いてあるけど、そこまでダイヤルが回らなかったです。（わたしの部屋だけかも？） 本当に快適に過ごしました。 グラブタクシー呼んだらすぐ来てしまって、チェックアウトがバタバタしてしまってちゃんとお礼言えなかった🥲 Special　thanks❤️❤️❤️

立地は周辺に食事をするところやspa、スーパーマーケット等があり、とても便利です。お部屋も毎日綺麗に掃除やベッドメイキングをしてくれて気持ちよく使えました。シャワーの水圧は強いとは言えないものの、問題なく使用できました。ただ温度は少しぬるめかなと感じました。スタッフの方々は本当に親切でとてもお世話になりました。 一つだけ不満があるとすれば、朝食付きのプランにしていたはずなのに「付いていない」と言われお金を支払わなければならなかったことです。自分がもう少し英語ができれば交渉もできたのですが、言われるがままに支払いました。その反面お部屋は予約していた部屋よりアップグレードされていたので、何か手違いがあったのかも知れませんが…。

スタッフや警備員がとても親切です。トライアスロンの交通規制の関係でチェックアウトの時間を前日の夜に変更したら翌日の朝食の分を夕飯にしてくださいました。 浴室はよくあるシャワーとトイレが同じフロアのタイプですがシャワーとトイレの間の床に少しの仕切りをつけてくれているのでトイレの床までビショビショに濡れることはありません。これは画期的でした！ 次も絶対ここに泊まります。

ミドルクラスのホテルとして優秀。 スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで日本人の一人旅でも安心して利用できる。ダイビングするなら近くのS2セブがオススメ。日本人インストラクターさんが親切に対応してくれます。歯ブラシシャンプーセットは持参するか近くのスーパーで買うことができます。近隣にレストランも豊富。フィリピン料理を堪能するならマリバゴグリルがオススメです。ダイビング目的ならベストチョイスです！

　まず、従業員さんが皆優しくて親切でした。事前にアーリーチェックインとヘアドライヤーの希望をメールで伝えていたら、到着時名前を言っただけですぐに対応してくれたので感激しました。その他物干し台を持ってきてくれたり、何も言わなくてもやってくれるので、英語が喋れない私にとってはとても嬉しかったです。 　部屋は綺麗に掃除されていますし、広さも申し分なし、シャワーの水圧も温度も全くストレスを感じませんでした。照明も明るいですし、コンセントもいっぱいありました。お水はチェックインの際に小さめのペットボトルを2本置いてくれていて、掃除の時に追加されるという感じでした。またレストラン(カフェ)にウォーターサーバーがあるので皆さんはそこで補給されていました。 　立地はとても良く、レストランやスパは周りにいっぱいありますし、スーパーも7分くらい歩けばありました。その点少し騒がしいですが…私はさほど気になりませんでした。 　色々なマクタン島のホテルに泊まりましたが、次回からはここ1択にするつもりです。
