“Pet-friendly BUT you need to know that the guesthouse is just a small part of a large caravan and camping site. There’s also a field of horses. Guesthouse clients with dogs are only allowed in rooms accessible from the outside; we weren’t allowed inside the building. So my room opened directly onto the access road, with all the mud and noise that comes from all the traffic, walkers, and horses that passed in front of the door and small window. “Lovely staff and welcoming. Comfy and well equipped bedroom. Everything in refillable containers was a nice touch. Remote location and stark landscape with nothing else around but good base for touring.”
