Staff were helpful and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels of this caliber provide a mini fridge, and it would have been useful for beverages and snacks.

We were in town for a bar crawl with our son who is graduating in May. Check in with Lauren was quick and easy and she was there for check out as well! The location can't be beat for all things MSU, underground parking was convenient and the lobby bar was a great place to gather with kids and their parents! Great stay!

This is the best hotel in the area. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is beautiful. Centrally located in town, so you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great. Super nice staff. Very clean well maintained hotel. Room was very comfortable and spacious. I make several trips to East Lansing Every year as I am a huge Spartan fan. So I’m there for sporting events.all through the year. This is now my go to hotel for my families trips to see the Spartans. Go Green!
