I booked a room for leisure, after paying for the room, and the damages fee, I was notified that the plumbing would be unavailable for 4 hours. When voicing. My concerns with staff I felt ignored and uncared for. She didn’t tell me this prior to checking me in to give me the option to just back out of the room, but waited until after everything was paid to inform me that I wouldn’t be able to shower, use the restroom, wash my hands, ect until after 10pm EST. Beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate experience

The hotel is quite misleading. I booked for the “Lansing Delta West” but that hotel does not seem to actually exist. The address given leads to no building. After searching around and calling the number we discovered that the hotel is actually something else. It has a Ramada sign, but also a Clarion sign, and also some Wyndham branding. When I asked about the “Lansing Delta West” when checking in I was told that it is going to be a renovated part of the hotel that is planned but not open, so instead we were given rooms that were not renovated. The rooms were very dated and looked nothing like what is in the pictures on Expedia. They were reasonably clean, though. It also appeared like there may be more or less permanent residents there, almost like an SRO, as some rooms had decorations like “Happy Easter” on their doors. My main complaint was really that it is not at all what is shown on Expedia—wrong name, wrong address, and incorrect images representing rooms that are not available.

Hotel is in despair. No housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights, i had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. Hotel is old and in desperate need of a proper renovation. They said my room was renovated, I'd hate to see the non renovated rooms. Place smelled of smoke, dirty. My bathroom door had dry blood (or whatappeared to be) in various spots. I dont recommend staying here, when theres other options close by. No signage either. This hotel will become 3, Ramada, Best Western Plus and Delta Lansing.

This hotel was a Ramada ! I stayed here two weeks ago and its name was and is Clarion ! Lansing Delta west does not exist! I would not have booked this hotel if I had known it was the Clarion !
