The rooms were clean with fluffy pillows. Air conditioning worked great. Good working refrig in our room. Didn't use the single serve coffee or microwave. No clocks or phone in our room. The pool & hottub had dirty water. Free brkfst was so so. Coffee & juices were flavorless. Very friendly employees

The staff was excellent. Our riom was clean. It could use a new bathroom door and the toilet overflowed once. However, everything else was fine. The beds were comfortable.

We had a very quick overnight, booked online, arrived late. The service was excellent, the room was super clean and stocked well, and we enjoyed a quiet corner room allowing us quiet rest as we had an early morning. The jacuzzi tub was a surprise, but relaxed our stiff muscles!! Nothing against the India culture, but this hotel in Ionia had English workers and it definitely was much cleaner and more friendly than we've seen in Indian staffed hotels lately!

the room was clean the hallways and outside very dirty people living there cooking in the rooms I have stayed at american inns in the past they were very nice this hotel was not up to american inn quality I felt my car was going to be broke into!

I liked location near restaurants but the facility seems run down. Tv didn't work while we were there and staff wasn't terribly helpful as it was a system issue as I was told. Beds were very uncomfortable as well.

Good Hotel but needs improving

Overall good stay. Large comfortable rooms with nice TV, couch, comfortable king bed, good lighting, good AC, quiet, lots of eating options close by. Things that need improving: back exterior door B hinge broken and the door would not close and securely lock. Front desk said the card reader was hit by lightening and it doesn’t work. Many remodeling items like a mattress, lamps, flooring etc piled up by exit door, large construction vehicles and trailers lined up in back parking lot. All that being said, I’ll probably stay here again.

Our tv wouldn’t turn on- which is a repeat of our previous visit with them. They were booked and couldn’t move us so she credited our room $10 🙄. We had two rooms and one was double charged- waiting on that to come off. They say there’s no deposit so what’s the extra charge? The hot tub isn’t working and looks gross. The pool was great except for some slimy spots at the bottom of pool in areas. The pool towels are only big enough for an 8 yr old though. The beds are very firm and also tip over if you sit on one side 😂 and I’m your avg sz 12 woman lol. Continental bkfst is nice, the property is pretty clean.

The breakfast was great!!! The pool and hot tub great!!! Room was great!! Second shift front desk staff terrible. Terrible attitude. Terrible welcome. Almost as if we were interrupting her night. She was very unpleasant. Kindness and understanding go a long way and she had neither.

The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower and sink. The breakfast area was clean as well. We had pleasant interactions with the staff with the exception of one person. The only complaint would be the carpets, they were very old and not well maintained in the hallways and common areas, not vacuumed in quite some time.

I arrived an hour and a half early and staff was able to accommodate early check in at no extra cost. The hot water is AMAZING. The towels are nice and big. Desk for work was large and the chair comfortable. The hallway smelled like dog pee sometimes but other than that - it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. Oh and the complimentary pancakes were delicious!
