Bien que l'hotel soit acceuillant, et de qualité, j'ai été fort surpris de me voir demandé le paiement d'une taxe supplémentaire, lorsque j'ai sollicité à prendre possession de ma chambre un peu lus tÎt que prévue. Bien que cette taxe soit prévue dans le cas ou une chambre n'est pas erendue dans les temps, il n'est rien prévue dans l'autre sens. Cependant le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. La chambre est vaste et confortable.

Points forts : - Emplacement est top - TrÚs bon petit dej - Piscine grande est propre Un seul point négatif: l'absence de savon dans la salle de bain, réclamation faite à la réception mais il n'était pas possible de nous fournir du savon, il fallait se servir de gel douche, pas du tout pratique vu son emplacement au-dessus de la baignoire ...

Les photos du site sont plus attractives, l’état des chambres n’est pas en cohĂ©rence avec la rĂ©ception et le service petit dĂ©jeuner. Dans la chambre forte odeur d'humiditĂ©, moisissures besoin de rafraĂźchissement, le groom des chambres voisines claques. Les balcons Ă©tant fumeurs l’odeur est prĂ©sente idem pour l’espace fumeur situĂ© Ă  l’entrĂ©e de l’hĂŽtel. La tempĂ©rature de la piscine est parfaite par contre vestiaire trop petit pour se changer et sauna en panne.

J’ai eu la malheureusement surprise de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude dans ma chambre. MalgrĂ© le fait que cela Ă©tait un besoin de pouvoir prendre une douche, l’hĂŽtel ne m’a pas changĂ© de chambre et encore moins proposĂ© une solution. Je trouve cela trĂšs moyen d’autant plus que l’établissement n’était pas au complet. Et pour information, j’ai demandĂ© Ă  3 autres clients que j’ai croisĂ© s’ils avaient de l’eau chaude et ils m’ont tous rĂ©pondu par l’affirmative.

Un cours de d'aquagym avec un coach et 3 personnes le lundi matin. (exterieur à l'hÎtel) Beaucoup de bruit avec la sono à fond. et des personnes incorrectes. J'ai réservé votre hÎtel pour la piscine entre autre. La moindre des corrections serait de prévenir les clients de l'hÎtel. TrÚs mauvaise expérience. Je vais le signaler sur les avis consommateurs
